Dr. Feldmeier lives near Schoolcraft with his wife, Ann, Max the Golden Retriever, and Raleigh the cat. He graduated from LaSalle College and Temple University School of Medicine, both located in Philadelphia.  He interned at Bronson Methodist Hospital and completed his residency training at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Dr. Feldmeier is a Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at Michigan State University, is Clerkship Director for Michigan State University, and teaches medical students at the Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies (KCMS).  He enjoys racquetball, soccer, water sports, and scuba diving.  Dr. Feldmeier also loves nature photography and tree farming!

His practice concentration follows:

  • Specializing in Gynecology only (no longer in Obstetrics)
  • Menopause and Hormone Therapy – he has published articles in the Southwest Michigan Medicine Journal
  • Laparascopic Surgery

Dr. Feldmeier has practiced OB/GYN in Kalamazoo for more than 33 years.  He has been included in the list of “The Best Doctors in America,” is Board certified, and belongs to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Central Association of OB/GYN, and the Association of Professors in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
